Waterford Public Library Events

Waterford Library holds programs (often free) for adults and children of all ages. Check out their calendar for more information.

Waterford Recreation Program

The Waterford Recreation Department offers programs for Adults, Preschoolers, Seniors, and Youth, such as Taekwondo, Ski & Snowboarding, Computer Classes, Zumba, Yoga, Trim & Tone, Open Gym, Basketball, Bowling, Soccer, Running, Vollyball, Girls Dance & Poms, and many more programs throughout the year.

Burlington Public Libray

Many youth programs are provided at the Burlington Public Library, including: Story Time, Movies, Book Clubs for teens, Wii Gaming for Tweens, and Youth Volunteering.

Rochester Public Library

Adults can take free computer classes at Rochester Public Library. Children are offered many different programs throughout the year, such as the Reptile Extravaganda offered February 10, 2013, and Story Times.

Aurora Wellness Center

The Wellness Center offers many physical fitness programs, such as swim lessons and personal training.

YMCA of Mukwonago

Only 10 minutes northwest of Waterford is the new YMCA in Mukwonago. The Y offers swim, basketball, gym classes, Spanish, dance, zumba, water zumba, and many other programs.

The Racine County Sheriff's Office in collaboration with the Human Services Department, District Attorney's Office, Medical Examiner's Office, and Racine County Government are partnering to present a summit on the devastating effects of heroin and opiate abuse. The Heroin Summit will concentrate on a realistic look at the heroin and opiate epidemic and its impact on Racine County. The summit is offering insight from featured speakers and testimonials from families impacted by heroin abuse. The Racine County Heroin Summit is open to all parents and community members, age 13 and older recommended.
